Not quite the answer you were looking for, but if you look at:

it seems as though the tamper resistance on the iKey is trivial to
break.
Just thought I'd throw that one in, in case it has an impact on your
choice of device... :-)
BTW, does anyone know anything about Litronic's Fort� card? The front
page claims that it has FIPS 140-1 level 3 certification. This must
be pretty much a first (AFAIK) for something in card format. The
iButtons have had it for ages but it is obviously easier to do this
sort of thing with something packaged in a steel can.
