The DE128 reader is not DE122 and PE122 compatible; the driver for De La Rue not work
with these but work fine with DE132.
De La Rue have moved the firmware from the reader to drivers and is hard to get new
specifics.

[A note from Dave Corcoran]
pcsc-lite should exit if the reader is invalid but depending on the
implementation of the driver it may not handle errors correctly. The new
ifd handler 2.0 listing shows what must be done in error in a more strict
fashion.
