Hello,

Almost all the code has changed. There is new
functionality:

- It handles any number of readers concurrently. Also
it is prepared to handle more than one slot / reader.
It's thread safe.
- All CT-BCS commands are fully implemented.
- It handles I2C, 2 wire and 3 wire memory smartcards.
It autodetects smartcard type / size. Uses MCT part7
"interindustry commands for memory cards".
- It handles inverse convention smartcards.
- The serial module now does COM PnP initialization
protocol.
- For T=0, it handles better the ATR of the card and
adjust communication paramenters.

All the codebase ingeneral has changed from 1.X. It's
now more modulariced and readable (although it has
5000 more lines of code).
