This is no problem.

1) You don't have to send the whole data with one Towitoko command
   to the card. You can send the first halve of an I-Block with
   one command and the second halve with a second command.

2) The maximum data size a Towitoko reader can send with one command
   is AFAIK 15 (or 16) Bytes.

E.g.:

|<--------------------------------->|<--------------------->|
 Sent with first towitoko command.   Sent with second.
