The SIM card referes are standards for GSM, in which the following
standards refers to:-
a) GSM 900
b) PCN 1800
c) PCS 1900
d) Iridium
e) Globst
f) ICO
g) ACes
GSM 900 and PCN 1800 (Sometimes refer to GSM 1800) is defacto telephone
standard in Europe and Asia except for Japan and South Korea.
PCS 1900 is the std for US.
So if the country support any of the above, then the SIM card OS can be
