I got the cryptoflex driver compiled, you were right I over looked
--includedir when I first read the README.
As for the slb_rf60 I wasn't sure what you meant by the card being
blocked, but the first thing that came to mind was 'is the card upside
down' sure enough turned the card over and it worked. :)
Ok got them out of the way, now to tackle the resource manager. Now I'm
having problem getting mico installed, pcsc said to use mico 2.2.4 but I
can't find source or rpm. I've got mico 2.2.6 source but have a bunch of
compile errors and found an rpm for mico 2.2.5, installed ok after
forcing the install of libstdc++-2.9. Tried to configure pcsc-0.101 but
complains about missing mico++.
