You would send a CT_data() function after the CT_init().  It would consist
of
terminal = 1;
dad = 1;  // reader
sad = 2;  // host
cmdlength
cmd 
rsplength
rsp

The cmd (command) would be whatever the reader expects to do a reset.
Refer to the Towitoko documentation.  Remember though that a towitoko has
a checksum also.  There is some work being done on a Towitoko CT-API
currently which looks pretty promising.  I would be glad to help you if
