Could be a checksum.  Also,  print out the bytes right before they go out on
the serial port.    Try the following C0 A4 00 00 02 3F 00.  Don't get confused
with C0 84 00 00 08 which is Get Challenge.  I have done that a few times and
had the reader back with no response.  I just got my Towtoko a few days ago. 
They are nice.  Let me know if you need any help.  After you figure out how to
send commands to the card then we will have to port all this over to the CT-API
so that it works with the resource manager.  Then we can send a copy to
Towitoko for being nice and sending us free readers.  The resource manager is
going well.  I think we will have something we can look at for the long run
here pretty soon.
