I uploaded some new source code with some Cyberflex support. You should be able to now upload Java bytecode programs to the card and run them on the card now. I included some backend for RSA 1024 bit key generation which I should have done in a couple weeks. I did a few naming changes so you may have some minor code modifications. I rid cryptoflex.c and isocommand.c. They are now: filesystem.c, security.c, and operation.c. reflex.c is now dbiiso.c.
