This should do it (untested):

Mount DVD.

# cat > /etc/yum.repos.d/dvd.repo <<EOF
[dvd]
name=dvd
baseurl=file:///path_to_dvd_mount
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-sl
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-sl7
EOF

# yum --disablerepo=\* --enablerepo=dvd update

(You don't need to do this if you're tracking the 7 or 7x repo.)
