typed from 'top of my head', now i tried on laptop - correctly it is:
virsh list --all --autostart (to get autostarting ones)
virsh list --all --no-autostart (to get non-autostarters)

Domain KVM-Fedora-x64 marked as autostarted
# virsh list --autostart
