Cannot access savannah.gnu.org

Hello,

I have recently found that i cannot access either savannah.gnu.org nor
savannah.nongnu.org .

I'm wondering if my IP address is maybe black-listed, and if so, could
it be lifted?

My IP address is: 83.8.219.220
It isn't static, but it can take a while for my ISP to change it.
