FYI, this list is intended for people to discuss savannah itself, not
specific projects hosted there. But anyway, thanks for trying to do the
right thing.
I have privately reported several vulnerabilities in m17n-lib to the
upstream maintainer, Kenichi Handa,
I see that Kenichi is an admin of the project on savannah. Therefore he
should have access to do anything he chooses. I don't see that there is
anyone else to notify.
