Reviewing the logs I find that I did not get the member email map set up before this. Oops. And drat! That will undoubted have messed up some commit diff emails generated from git push actions from tonight.
I quickly fixed this by copying the file from the old server. I mitigated it for the night by adding a cronjob to update it from the old server if it changes before it is fully fixed up. I have setting up the map file on the task list and will get it set up soonest. Bob
