Still some files in your tarball lack valid copyright and license notices; I'd
also like again to recommend using the form of the notice provided in GNU
guidelines because they are carefully written to avoid potential confusion.
In particular, your README says "GPLv3" in one place and "GPLv3 or any later
version", the latter without explaining when any particular version is
applicable.
Please [//www.gnu.org/licenses/identify-licenses-clearly.html identify the
licenses of your dependencies clearly].
