Please make sure that all copyrightable files like doc/doxygen/atanasis.doxy
have valid copyright and license notices

formats that have no room for such notices, they should be written in a README
file in the same directory with files in question

code is supposed to be in the public domain, it's recommended to add a brief
note recording the authors

and anything else relevant.
Then, GNU packages should pass the evaluation step
<https://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html> before registering them on
Savannah.
