Update of task #15583 (project administration): Status: None => In Progress Assigned to: None => ineiev
_______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #2: > One more thing: The manual is licensed under GPLv3+ (because I don't agree with the FDL). Savannah is a hosting platform for the GNU Project. The GNU Project offers its resources to other packages in order to be able to copy code and documentation from them. The GFDL is the license of the GNU Project for documentation, so when some manual is released incompatibly with the GFDL, the GNU Project can't use it. The bottom line is: if our licensing policies conflict with your philosophy, you shouldn't host your software on Savannah. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?15583> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.nongnu.org/
