I've renamed it to 'distributed-timestamping'; Savannah hosts software,
documentation, user groups... but no services.
Approving.
P.S. I've noticed that web pages of your packages say they are available under
the GPLv2. Please make it clear that they are available under later versions
of the GPL --- at user's option.
