Yes, it would be nice to have a program to automatically check licensing
terms, but I don't think this is really feasible.
I'm approving your package. The only minor issue I see that still remains is
with the SVG file. When I open it with Inkscape and look into "Document
Properties"=>"License", it confusingly says, "Proprietary". I'd recommend
filling that field correctly.
