Follow-up Comment #14, task #15078 (project administration): To make it simpler, I have put on http://dept-info.labri.fr/~thibault/tmp/speechd.tgz the source *before* autostuff file generation, i.e. really the pure speech-dispatcher source files.
AFAIK, the only files which don't have copyright and license notices there are po/LINGUAS po/POTFILES.in config/clients/emacs.conf src/api/python/speechd/paths.py.in src/api/python/speechd_config/paths.py.in which are trivial files. For reference, I have put on http://dept-info.labri.fr/~thibault/tmp/speechd.tgz the source *after* autostuff file generation and make dist.
