Sorry, that was a single mistake in my automated FSF Copyright Validation
script

specifically:

source, copyright documented as much as possible.
]
This is now fixed and README files have been added to all of the Oxygen Icon
directories. I have rerun this script and checked every last file in the
relax source repository, and all copyrights notices appear to be up to the FSF
standard.
