Savannah is a hosting service for free software; your package identifies
itself as open source.
Then, Savannah is a hosting service of the GNU project; people who host
software here agree that the combination of GNU and Linux should be named
"GNU/Linux" or "GNU+Linux", not "Linux".
Another issue would be harder to address: the primary platform for OCRLib is
MacOS, it's a proprietary system.
(I expect that there must be more issues with your package, please check our
