If it helps, I see no licence in these files: ./ABOUT-NLS, ./config.h.in,
./TAGS, ./po/Makevars, ./po/LINGUAS, ./po/fr.po (says same licence as
tutoterm,needs to name the licence clearly instead), ./po/ChangeLog,
./data/README, ./po/POTFILES.in
