Follow-up Comment #6, task #14604 (project administration): I have reviewed licenses for included and modified source code that does not implicitly cites its license type.
Sizzle license ( https://github.com/jquery/sizzle/blob/master/LICENSE.txt ) looks similar to informal license https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html#informal. PubNub and WebRTC API licenses ( https://github.com/pubnub/javascript/blob/3.7.1/LICENSE , https://github.com/stephenlb/webrtc-sdk/blob/master/license , https://github.com/pubnub/SimpleRTC/blob/gh-pages/LICENSE ) are all stated that they are MIT's licenses (it should be X11 or Expat license). I've managed to restore access to github repository.
