Follow-up Comment #4, task #10717 (project administration):
README file references COPYING file, isn't that enough? :)
Anyway, I changed the README file as requested and removed
the SVG file (it was included by accident as it is generated
by the arouter itself).
The updated tarball shall be attached to this request, now.
