licensing seems clear now. I assume it's dual GNU GPL v2 (or later) + custom permissive `Artistic license'. Upon approval I'll change project type to non-GNU. Please refer to this page for information on how to offer your software to GNU project: http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html You've specified `linux' in the 'System name' field. Actually, it's supposed to be a unique, preferably short, name for your project. It will appear in URLs on this site when your project is approved.
