Hi,
Hope you are still planning to use Savannah for this project. :)
There are a few issues with the package you provided:
1. The COPYING file contains a bit outdated version of GNU GPL v2. Please
use an up-to-date version from here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
2. Your source files are missing proper license headers. This is essential
because standard GPL header contains license version and words `either version
N or (at your option) any later version'.
3. Some non-trivial files in scripts/ are missing copyright and license
headers completely.
4. You might want to use other license for art files in images/, like
Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike. Otherwise these files will be
automatically under GNU GPL.
If you are willing to make the above changes, please provide us with an
updated tarball of your project.
