I looked through the updated tarball you sent me. You still need to add a
COPYING file (the COPYING file is simply a full copy of the GPLv2). Since this
is the only outstanding problem I see with yur code, and since its fairly
minor.
I have approved your project, pending an administrators review. You will
receive an automated e-mail containing detailed information about the
approval.
