Jing also was able to reproduce this problem earlier today and made an
independent report.  At this time however I cannot reproduce the problem.
This are working okay.

    error: failed to push some refs to
'git.savannah.nongnu.org:/srv/git/cpt-plugins.git'

I review the system data from today.  None of the disks had any issues such as
filling up.  The networking to the SAN appears to have been functioning well.
The system load was modest.  I don't see any errors or problems that would
indicate an answer to such a problem as the above.  Therefore this seems to
have been a glitch that will likely remain undiagnosed.  I know it is not
satisfying to say this but please try again and I feel confident that it will
work for you.

However thank you very much for your report.  If we get more of these types of
reports then it tells us to direct attention to determining why this is
happening.  If it is a single one-off glitch then that's difficult.  Therefore
thank you for reporting this and please do so again in the future if you see
this problem again.  Or any other problem.
