We have a list of canned responses on the GNU Octave bug tracker hosted at
Savannah here: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=octave&func=additem
The question for Savannah admins is: can we limit the use of those canned
responses to project members who are logged in and not by end users? We have
had some cases over time of people submitting bugs and also selecting a canned
