Here is the log showing Yahoo accepting the email. The problem must be at Yahoo. As Alfred said the mailing lists are completely separate. There is no need to have a Savannah account for the mailing lists. There is no need to be subscribed to post to (most of) the mailing lists. Simply send your message or bug report and it will be approved through.
