Yes. Similar to SR#110709.  And similarly I have activated your account.  It
is active now. You will be able to use the lost password mechanism to reset
the password on it. If that fails for any reason then file another ticket!
:-)

Please be aware that if your account is not actively used for something then
new idle accounts will be expired as an anti-abuse measure.  Please read this
document.
