vclib is part of viewvc. It's all Python. If you wanted to tear into it and
figure out what is happening that would be awesome! :-)
Upgrading the OS is on the TODO task list but life and time is what keeps
everything from happening all at once. Meanwhile there doesn't seem to be
anything too interesting in the changes from the current viewvc to newer. Does
not seem like "just upgrade" viewvc is likely to change anything.
