Summary: site-wide Search throws an error when searching in Bugs Project: Savannah Administration Submitted by: bens Submitted on: Fri 05 Jun 2020 02:35:08 PM CEST Category: None Priority: 5 - Normal Severity: 3 - Normal Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Email: Operating System: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: To reproduce, type "koblinger" (without the quotes) in the Search field in lefthand bar, then select Bugs in the drop-down box, and click Search. Result: "Error -- This project has turned off this bug tracker." Judging from the title in the browser tab, it is trying to display an item from GNU Midnight Commander, but apparently that project has turned off the bug tracker. So... maybe items that are no longer accessible should not appear in the search results? Or... better would be if such items are still findable and also showable but blocked from commenting on? What I'm actually trying to do is: find a bug report for GNU nano that Egmont Koblinger has commented on. I know that he has made some comment on an item, and that probably the words "Gnome" and "color" occur in his comment, but I cannot figure out how the Display Criteria can be used to find the bug that has that comment. When I go to Egmont's profile, I can see all open items that he submitted. It would be nice if that profile page could be made to show all items that he commented on. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.nongnu.org/support/?110244> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.nongnu.org/
