Thank you for the replies.
I tested e-mailing several times and found out the following problems.
1. If I post a message to imbr-m...@nongnu.org from the administrator e-mail
address the message arrives to the list but does not arrive to the
administrator e-mail address (although I have turned off "nodupes" and "not
metoo"). It is confusing.
2. I recreated (after deleting) imbr-annou...@nongnu.org. It has been
surprisingly restored with the old settings and old password! It is a bug.
3. Now I cannot post messages to imbr-annou...@nongnu.org:
