Import has completed.
Commit access is controlled by members of your project group. At this moment
you are the only member and therefore only you have commit access. If you
wish to add another then simply add them to the project through the web UI.
Behind the scenes this uses Unix groups for access control. Project members
are added to the associated Unix group and therefore have or do not have
access.
