Can you identify a specific mirror that is exhibiting this problem? The mirror monitoring thinks everything is looking pretty good at the moment. http://download.savannah.gnu.org/mirmon/savannah/ Being able to identify the problem mirror should help in diagnosing why the mirmon isn't reporting the problem.
