Not wanting to frustrate you I have manually activated our account. You should be able to log into your account. If not then now that the account is active you will be able to trigger the password recovery to reset the password. Meanwhile, I just don't see how interaction from Lastpass is going to cause a problem here. But there have been several reports and so obviously there is some interaction with it. The has you see above was stored into the database so that when you came back with that token it would validate your being able to read your email. We will keep the issue open because there are other reports of bad interaction with Lastpass too. Please let us know that you are able to log in however. Bob
