Not to my knowledge.
IMHO it would be easier if you can get gna.org's admins to get you a dump of
the MySQL database entries that relate to your project.
If you want to pursue that route, write to savannah-hackers-pub...@gnu.org and
we'll continue from there (e.g. come up with relevant SQL commands).
