Now, the most of my project's (ToberUberStobe
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/toberuberstobe/)) files (whose copyright
holder is me) are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 or
later, but, I want to change the license to the Do What The Fuck You Want To
Public License version 2. What should I do to do that?
