You are not a member of any group. Do you need to be a group member to comment
on a ticket? It is probably an anti-spam policy of the group. I actually
don't know.
The mailing lists are probably your best option. The mailing lists are open
and anyone may post to them.

I undeleted the account. You should be able to log back into the account. If
not then please use the lost password recovery process. It will send an email
to the email address on file for that account. Then you can set your real
name.
