Hello,
I wish to change the license of my 'Epeios framework' project
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/epeios).
As it will be used to develop software which will run on servers, and not
necessary on user's own computer, I change the license to GNU Affero General
Public License V3. All the headers from the Epeios framework files are already
updated to the GNU AGPL.
I tried to follow the indication of this page :
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ChangingLicense/ , and followed this link
: https://savannah.gnu.org/siteadmin/ but I got an error, hence this
submission...
