Details:
Even though Savannah will not allow multiple accounts to share the exact same
email address, flashing this error:
> An account associated with that email address has already been created.
this can be bypassed by using a plus sign in the email. For example:
test+...@gnu.org
will allow
t...@gnu.org
to register even if an account is already present.
