Hello,
Savannah's policy is never to remove non-empty projects (see
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/RemovingProject/ ).
However,
As the project's administrator you can change the status to 'unmaintained' and
add a note to the description saying the project's source code repository has
moved elsewhere.
