Follow-up Comment #3, sr #108704 (project administration):
It appears to me that the IPv6 address in exim on frontend was attempted to
have been disabled at some previous time. The configuration shows:
/etc/exim4/update-exim4.conf.conf:dc_local_interfaces='127.0.0.1'
Therefore I don't know why exim is still connecting out using an IPv4
address.
