I visit https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=health; in the "Browse with the" ... "query form..." combo box I select "release" (other options are "Basic", "Advanced", "Votes", "By Date"). I push "Apply". At this point, I see the table with "Item ID" and "Release" columns (of course, you can add more fields to the query form), and when I visit the links in the header of the table, the results are sorted accordingly.
