So doing some research, it appears that this is a global option in
/etc/cgitrc:
about-filter=/var/www/git/cgit/about_page.pl
Has anyone else changed this on a per-repo basis? I sampled some other
projects and did not see any repo that has changed their about page content
from "foo."
