    would you be able to help with the Export Classification Code for this
    product. Tar 1.13 and tar 1.21

We don't know the ECCN numbers for anything. We have been exporting GNU
software for years without worrying about it, and so have hundreds of
other organizations.  Nonetheless, if you do figure out the ECCN numbers
somehow, we would be happy to know about them, so we can give more
concrete answers to this question in the future.
