Hi Jean -- only cvs is supported for web repositories. It's a long-term
desire to change that, but it won't happen soon.
If it works for other people i your project and not you, it seems probable
that it is something at your end. Can you use any CVS repository? I.e.,
perhaps your firewall is blocking cvs? maybe try making a fresh checkout from
scratch, in case something is awry in your CVS files?
