Yes, I run the command
svn co svn+ssh://sakira...@svn.savannah.gnu.org/win7trans

from my Ubuntu 10.10 Terminal, and I get that error. I tried to find the
Subversion configuration file and found at /etc/ssh/ssh_config and in that
file there was a line saying

#   ProxyCommand ssh -q -W %h:%p gateway.example.com

It's not included in the code, just explanation, as it has "#" at the
beginning; nevertheless, I edited that line too. (I couldn't find any other
configuration file related to Subversion configuration, or any line which
includes -q command.)

I run ssh -vvv sakira...@svn.savannah.gnu.org and the output says:

It ends with permission denied; however, I received a successful message on
registering my SSH. I am going to try registering my SSH again and see what
happens.
